Return Policy
Every hoodie leaves my little cocoon with love, care, and a little sprinkle of magic. If it doesn’t make you feel cozy and enchanted, you may send it back within 14 days — which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
*Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, the shipping fee will be subtracted from your return amount. ($9.00)

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so I can make it right and ensure your experience stays magical.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns on final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is lovingly inspected, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
